- Users misread or misunderstand the available Services and purchase an incorrect type of the Service.
- Users are not satisfied with the quality or quantity of the Services or products provided by MKVS and MKVS can prove the Services or products were indeed provided to the Users in the state and quality that is described on the Sites and as advertised.
- Users are not satisfied with the activity or/and success of their own business after purchasing MKVS Services or products that give the users permission and license to make their own business with the use of MKVS (typically the MKVS Teacher License). Users agree, understand and are aware that the possibility of a lack of business is a risk that Users willingly took and MKVS can not hold responsible for User’s business loss or financial situation.
- Users misread or misunderstand the scheduled appointment of MKVS Services. Users agree and understand that they are responsible for being present at the scheduled times of the MKVS Services.
Similarly MKVS is not responsible for any third-party related issues and difficulties that make the scheduled appointment missed or no-show, e.g. internet connection failures and other technical issues on the User’s side.

Both MKVS contractors, tutors, teachers and other representatives of MKVS and Users of MKVS products and Services agree, understand and aware of that only they are responsible for any loss, damage or financial loss due to lack of business in use of MKVS or any other unsatisfactory opinion of Users on MKVS products and Services.

Ltd in our Terms and Conditions) and subsidiaries or affiliates. The Master-Key Vocal System™ owned by Søren Sedit and Hekker Bros. Ltd. In this Disclaimer, MKVS is sometimes referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our,” depending on the context.

Services means any products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions, and all related websites, applications and services offered to you by MKVS.

 

Sites means the websites, mobile apps, official social media platforms, or other online properties through which MKVS offers the Services and which has posted or linked to this Disclaimer.
